GET INVOLVED -Contact your management office to become a member of an existing committee, or to create a new committee: Covenants, Finance, Buildings & Grounds, House & Recreation, Landscaping, Safety, Seniors, Teenagers, Welcoming, etc. If you can conceive it, it can be created.
ATTEND MONTHLY OPEN BOARD MEETINGS -This is the best way to get first-hand updates on what's going on in the community and to make sure that your voice is heard. Make it a habit to attend these meetings.
